The error is stating that the installer wasn’t able to add the login as a service right to that user. You’ll need to do it yourself then run the installer again.
To add the log on as a service right to an account,
- open local security policy (control panel>administrative tools>local security policy).
- In the console tree, double click local policies and then click user rights assignment
- In the details pane, double click log on as a service.
- Click add user or group then add the account to the list.
