PMS - Buffer and Lag for clients with NO CPU spike?

Unsure of what logs to attach so if you need them please reply with which ones :slight_smile:

So basically i have been having trouble with my plex server (running on WD EX2 NAS) playing movies to the client. The movies keep buffering and only play for about 12 Minutes before they dont resume. I have plex pass and have noticed that CPU and ram dont spike at all, so im not sure that this is a transcoding issue? Even if it was, all movies play perfectly through DLNA so its not a compatibility issue so im not sure why the server would be transcoding anyway?

Also when trying to fast forward movies they are stuck on buffering and dont resume at all?

Any help would be appreciated.
I know this NAS is not good for transcoding but it shouldnt need to transcode due to the files being compatible with all clients.
