Hi,
So I added Spongebob TV Series to my library (12 seasons) and for some reason PMS can’t detect season 9 to 12 (Only 1-8). I did Plex Dance after renaming the files as simple as possible (e.g. “SpongeBob SquarePants.S10E01.mkv”) but it doesn’t solve it.

How are your shows and seasons separated?
Do you have the series set up as per the naming conventions: https://support.plex.tv/articles/naming-and-organizing-your-tv-show-files/
Pay particular attention to the TV section and how it set up. Plex can be very finicky with naming conventions. If you don’t follow them they may work until they don’t work. They proper way is:
/TV Shows/ShowName/Season 02/ShowName – s02e17 – Optional_Info.ext
so for yours it should look like
/TV Shows/SpongeBob SquarePants/Season xx/SpongeBob SquarePants - sxxexx.mkv
Keep also the issue #1 in Linux in mind: access permissions.
Plex is running under a separate user account.
This user account needs at least ‘read’ permissions to the files and folders.
Turns out Plex didn’t have access to those folders. Didn’t think about it earlier.
