We have a big issue with the PMS from our customer. It crashes everyday (randomly) and when I try to access the Plex over web -> error: 503 service unavailable. The Plex App also doesn’t find any serverdata/media.
I need to force close the Plex Application and restart it. Then it works again, but not for long, since we have the same problem the next day too. At first we thought it was the PC which was to slow for Plex and replaced it with a better one. The PC shouldn’t be a problem now (Win10 x64 | CPU: 15% | RAM: 49%) but we still have that problem that Plex crashes. The first few weeks on the new PC it worked fine, but then it started again with the error 503.
Is there a patch or a solution for this problem? When needed I can provide the Plex Media Server logs. Thanks in advance for any help.
