For the past week or so, my server has been crashing. Initial signs pointed to a filesystem or hardware failure. (ext4 corruption in initramfs)
Cool. I fixed it, no love.
I flash OS to Redhat 8.5. No love.
I replace SSD, flash OS, carry NONE of the previous install over. No. Love.

I dig in after finding it down overnight. I see the following error message in /var/log/messages

This is new. Any clue what’s up here?
I looked for the dmp file but it’s just empty paths.
I’d be happy to provide any other logs you require but I’m a bit lost on troubleshooting.
Since it is a segfault error, I’m swapping RAM later today (which also gives me an excuse to double up size) but I’m guessing this is a logical versus a physical issue at this junction.
