Can’t help resolve without seeing what caused it.
Note: If you’ve turned off DEBUG logging then you need to turn it on again and wait.
INFO logging is insufficient. VERBOSE logging will cause it to get lost before we can see what happened.
DEBUG logging ON, VERBOSE logging OFF.

Sorry , but i’ve been swamped all afternoon. Only getting a chance to sit down now (everyone gone to bed) and see what else I can get done.
There are no smoking guns in your logs.
This one is going to take direct examination of a DMP file (from the Crash Reports directory).
The best way to capture these is to turn off Crash Report uploading (Settings - Server - General) and recreating / getting the next one.
When it does, grab current logs ZIP
put the DMP in a ZIP.
Upload both.
I’ll grab that version of PMS + Debug files and run the post morten here locally.
Ok sorry for the delay. Will sort this out. Been having issues so haven’t been able to log on.

we’ve tested with upgrading back to newest release but now it’s crashing even more often, and I’m not seeing any sigterms in syslog. Appreciate any feedback on this!
edit; we’ve had to downgrade serveral versions to 1.21.1.3876-3c3adfcb4 to get things stable again.
I’m seeing this segfault as well. Will try that downgraded version. Running on Ubuntu 20.10 x86_64
Which PMS version - build hash are these from? (so I know which PMS debug symbols to download and setup with)

I believe these are from 1.21.3.4014-58bd20c02, the most recent build on the apt repos.

We downgraded several versions to 1.21.1.3876-3c3adfcb4 and things appear stable for now.

This is on version 1.21.1.3876-3c3adfcb4 also. yikes. Nothing new in crash reports either, presumably because ist segfaulting instead of crashing.

Go right to build 4014.
They’ve been making corrections faster than I can keep up.
If we can track one in 4014, I’ll have something to pin it on there too.
