I also have been experiencing this issue for at least a year. I’ve told everyone to not use the issues feature in the meantime, hoping for a bugfix because I automatically send crash reports to Plex, but alas.
No logs are printed before the crash. The crash happens consistently and immediately every time the Reported Issues page is viewed.
I’m running Plex inside Docker on a Linux host, with currently PMS version 1.43.1.10611 (the issue was present in earlier versions too).
It is also very frustrating that we can’t turn this feature off or delete the reported issues (to try to resolve this issue) like suggested in this topic: How do you clear “Reported Issues”, which has been “looked into” for more than 2 years with no sign of activity.
I’m hoping there is enough information to get this fixed, despite the lack of logs, since it is an issue on multiple (well, at least two) separate installations.
