PMS design error in mp4 file name when recording two TV episodes on the same day

Greetings PLEX support.

I think that I have found an design error in mp4 file name when recording two TV episodes on the same day.

I have recorde two TV-episodes the same day:
Peter Pedal TS

When I use the “Optimize” menu command, both files are given the same optimized mp4 file name. Therefore I am only able to optimize one TV episode and not the other.

I think that PMS should use both date and time numbers from TS-file to uniqely identifie the optimize mp4 file.

Please fix this error.

There were some threads reporting this issue for sporting events, too.

I’m trying to find them with a search, but failing. :slight_smile:
