Firstly thank you Baa as I have been a happy user of Plexconnect for years !
My PMS died the other day and I did a rebuild. I have all other clients working on the latest PlexPass build (Roku, ATV4, Samsung TV Client).
However I am not sure what I’m doing wrong with the Plexconnect install.
I even re-generated the certificates and installed them via the network method.
I use Myplex to have [Parent] and [Kid] sections. Before I login to Myplex, Plexconnect sees my PMS.
However after I login, the PMS disappears !
I have attached my log - https://www.dropbox.com/s/xjzm1cwmcbckkt9/Document.rtf?dl=0
Any help at all would be awesome.
Have a great day
Jason

Difference in the discovery procedure - introduced with https support:
not signed in: PlexGDM or fixed IP (settings.cfg)
signed in: Servers published and accessible to your Id.
Short: You need publish your server. And make sure your router does allow rebinding to local network.

Thank you Baa.
So I found your response pointing to http://en.avm.de/service/fritzbox/fritzbox-7390/knowledge-base/publication/show/663_No-DNS-resolution-of-private-IP-addresses/
I do have a Fritzbox router !
I tried using [apple.com ] as the domain name exceptions. Unfortunately that didn’t work. Did I put the right domain name in?
FYI - I also put a long overdue contribution for the supa speedy response and assistance !

Nope - nothing to do with apple. It’s the Plex Inc. https host address: plex.direct
