Hi All;
I’ve tracked down a few discussions that have a similar issue, but none of the steps I’ve come across seem to help sadly.
All Metadata for all libraries is downloading (movies and tv shows), but the cover art for TV shows only does not. The Media Server is installed on a new Windows 10 installation, but uses a previously copied database. The database is functioning and accessing media correctly; with the exception of TV cover art only.
Would love any and all help! Thanks!
Go back to the downloads page, download and install PMS 1.13.2.5142. 5102 has been replaced.
After installing and restarting, Refresh all TV metadata

@ChuckPA You’re a legend, mate! Working perfectly now; thanks so much!
The update for server today made some of my covers download, well one, the rest are still broken. On of that the new iOS “look and feel” is terrible. I’ve never had such an awful confusing and useless media solution. I don’t think it can get much worse. The show matching doesn’t event work properly anymore. Plex wtf are you smoking, and can I have some?
“Legend” ? That’s a new one considering all the other names I’ve been called!
Glad everything is working for you :+1
