PMS don't find new Movies / TV Series

My PMS will not find new Files in the Library folder. When a Library Update is startet the scan only occurs some seconds and the message “Library scan complete: Extra information may still be downloading from the Internet” is displayed.

The Plex Media Scanner.log shows theses Errors:

Seems there is a issue with the database?

I am able to manually scan, but I notice it doesn’t automatically scan any more. (Netgear ReadyNAS)

I am having the same problem but no errors in scanner log

If you have DB corruption you need need to either try to restore from a back up or try to repair the db
