Within the past week my library updates have failed to find any new media-- even though it is there. I first discovered this in the movies section. I added a few files, and did a manual “Update Library” just for the movies section. It failed to find any new movies. I’ve tried this multiple times and it misses all 4 new movie files every time. They are standard MKV and AVI files and are in the preferred PLEX naming convention. I even tried the “refresh all” option with no luck.
Today I added some new music albums to my music section and reloaded that library. It has also failed to find the new music albums. These are also in the preferred PLEX naming convention.
I’ve never had any issues with PLEX discovering my media in the past. Any ideas?

I am having the same problem on my Shield. Also, the same problem is happening on my Android devices (all). The OLD plex app, very old, is working just fine on Android.
Other than the old app, I can’t see ANY library updates whatsoever.
