PMS drops all users and cant be found but is still running

Player Version#: Happening to all players

Seems odd but this only seems to happen between 7 and 8pm every night
PMS app will continue running but I can’t connect to the server from anywhere. Remote users, local clients, even on the device running the server.
If I reboot the PMS app everything comes back up and works fine.
I’ve reinstalled the PMS app as well and that didn’t fix the problem
