I have a windows based PC running the media server
another PC
2 roku tvs
1 google tv

the PMS is only viewable on the other PC and plays perfectly, on every other device PMS is unavailable. the PMS is available on all devices, just no media available and server query shows PMS unavailable.
all devices are on the same network
the PMS hosts several TV episodes
the PMS has all required ports open through firewall*
