Device and Web Apps Showing "Server Unavailable"

I was in the middle of a movie, two nights ago and Plex Media Server cut out on my Samsung Smart TV, so I checked all of my other computers, phones, and tablets, and the only one able to connect is the web browsers on the desktop computer I’m running PMS on. Every other device and computer says “Offline” or “Unable to Connect”

All of my devices are able to access media files over the network to play in VLC.

I’ve satisfied all of the General Troubleshooting.

Ensure you have the current version of Plex Media Server installed
-Yes. The web app says that it is on the current version 1.10.1.4602

Ensure that Plex Media Server is actually actively running
-Yes. I see it in the tray

Verify that your Server is listed on your Devices page
-Yes. All of my devices (PS4, Samsung TV, IOS and Android)

Disable any VPN on your computer or router
-No VPN

Disable any proxies being used on your computer or router
-No Proxies

Make sure you aren’t requiring secure connections on the server while using an app that doesn’t support them (see below)
-Yes. It’s “Disabled”.

Once you’ve checked those:

Sign out of your Plex account in both the app and Plex Media Server
-Yes.

Sign in to Your Plex Account in the Server
-Yes

Then sign into your account in the Plex app
-Yes

All Subnet Masks are the same.

I don’t use remote access, either.

I am seeing the same issue on just one of my PMS in my home. The computer has access to all of the network drives that PMS claims it can’t access. I am able to play all of the videos using VLC. The craziest part is that while the PMS server claims it can’t access the videos, after I press play on any one of them, in the bottom of the screen, I can see “screen snapshots” (same as when you go to the activity window on PMS) but when I expand the bottom of the screen to maximize it for full window playback, the screen is just black - no movie playback, no sound. This particular PMS has been this way for the last 3~4 PMS updates. I have gone through the same steps that tfediuk has. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Just to be clear, every single piece of media shows “Please check that the file exists and the necessary drive is mounted.” when I try to play it within PMS or on any device.

For me it was working fine until the middle of a movie, and just cut out all together. PMS wasn’t updated in the middle of my movie.

I’ve read through many other posts, since PMS has been down, and no one has found an answer.
