I have 2 Roku TV’s, 2 Roku sticks, and 2 Amazon Fires. Just installed a new server on Windows machine and it appears to working correctly on all TVs but one Roku TV (previous server was on a Mac but the new Plex app requires the PMS to run 1.10.0 and my Mac is too out of date to run that version!). I have compared the setting on everything and they are all set up just alike. The one that won’t work sees the PMS but it keeps saying “unavailable”. I have logged out, restarted the TV, verified the port…I don’t know what else to do! Any suggestions?
What is your servers “secure connections” set to? What is your Rokus “allow insecure connections” set to?
Roku set to “Allow Insecure Connections - On Same Network”
PMS “Secure connections – Preferred”
yeah those are correct. Can we see the Roku logs.
Where do i find the logs? This is crazy! I just hooked a Roku stick in an empty HDMI port and it works just fine! It actually sees both servers!

Copy to a text file if not already. Then just drag and drop the file on in the text entry reply window.
