Hi All,
I have PMS installed on a new QNAP HS-453DX bought for this purpose.
Had PMS working well for 30 days (freee version) with no issues, then the day after buying a lifetime plex pass, the my sever is unavailable from all players and NAS itself on the private network and via internet IP. This happens about every 24-36 hours. I need to close the Plex server app on QNAP NAS and restart the PMS app and everything works fine again, for 24hrs. Note I do not need to power cycle any device. I did make a new user for the kids and add a songs library and other things in the frist 24 hrs as well.
I have LG TV player, Windows player, iphone player, popcorn hour media player app. I cannot  even reach the PMS, from any of these.  even when I try to open the PMS app directly from within the QNAP NAS operating system.
I presume it is a problem with setting in the PMS, but I don’t know which setting to look into.
It is not a network issues (eg LAN going to sleep) As I can connect to all devices through the LAN (most are on wired connections)
I have used the 2 latest PMS software updates and it is occurring on both of them. It is not a player issue as I can’t even open the NAS PMS app 192.168.0.4:32400, but I do get to section asking which account I want to log into (via plex.tv)
I have tried to look through the error log on the NAS, but there are no error messages.
I am sure it is a setting in the PMS, but which one? Which logs can I look at to see when and why the PMS becomes unreachable.

I will need to see your Server -Settings - Download Logs ZIP file.
I should also advise, while apparently not a problem (but there is an issue), there has been no testing towards qualifying that unit for Plex use. I will reach out to QNAP about it.
Thanks Appreciate any help. I have just attached my PMS logs zip files. Yes it was strange that everything was working so smoothly for 30 odd days if the device has not been qualified, then bang issues. It is a latest release though, so hope the unit is fine to use.
