- While at Plex.tv,
a. Authorized devices (upper left)
b. Servers tab
c. REMOVE the old server temporarily (it will return)
d. sign out your browser from your plex account (upper right)
- Close the browser
- Reopen the browser
- Open an incognito window to http://ip.addr.of.qnap:32400/web
Now proceed as you would expect.
I followed the steps. Removed the server. When I log back in on a new incognito window to the URL posted, I end up at the general Plex interface. I can’t see any PMS settings although the Plex app on my TV is working just fine.
I also opened Plex from the app center of my QNAP interface which also took me to the same URL as above and the same thing happened.
I don’t understand how my TV’s can see the the PMS and playback content from QNAP NAS but I can’t see the PMS myself?
Updated: Now my TV’s can’t see the PMS either.
There are no servers and no servers tab.
Now I am getting an “unclaimed server” error that will not go away.
If you do not have this package installed, please do so.
After installing, and after reopening File Station, you will have a shared folder which will take you directly to the Logs directory.
please make a ZIP or tar.gz of the Logs directory and attach it.
Not sure why, but everything seems to be working now.
Sorry for delay. detained helping another user.
Let me know if any problems some back.
