PMS is running but I cannot connect to the server

Plex Media Server NAS & Devices

I have upgraded DSM and after this PMS and then i got problems.
Server Version#: DSM 7.1.1-42962 Update 4
Player Version#: 1.29.2.6364-7000
I do have access to this: http://xxxxxxx.synology.me:32400/web/index.html#!/
and
http://xxxxxxx.synology.me:32400/web/index.html#!/get-plex-media-server
but not when it is trying to connect to PMS on this address: http://xxxxxxx.synology.me:32400/web/index.html#!/setup/8b965d8143b4aacc7f156a0f03ca1f5deea904b9. Then I will have the message: Not authorized - You do not have access to this server.
What have changed, Is it a setting in Synology or Plex

Did you upgrade from DSM 6 to DSM 7, or did you update DSM 7 to the latest release?

Can you connect to PMS using the IP address of the NAS? For example, if the NAS IP address is 10.1.2.3, use http://10.1.2.3:32400/web.

I did upgrade from DSM 6 to DSM 7.
And yes, I can connect with the ip address.
