PMS loopback issue - don't hardcode localhost == 127.0.0.1

Server Version#: 1.19.1.2645

Plex seems to incorrectly hardcode 127.0.0.1 as a shortcut to access loopback and to allow loopback traffic.

Per RFC 5735 the whole 127.0.0.0/8 block should be considered loopback.

This has two implications:

1/ PMS should request “localhost” instead of hardcoded “127.0.0.1” when accessing loopback, localhost under certain circumstances may not necessarily be equal to 127.0.0.1 (especially under FreeBSD jail, see for instances problems reported here and a guessplanation here).

2/ PMS should treat the whole 127.0.0.0/8 block as legitimate loopback.

(The same issue may apply to IPV6, this report concerns IPV4).
