PMS Network drive issue

Here is my background

I’m running PMS on a Windows 11 desktop in my basement. (This PC only runs the PMS and does nothing else)

My movie files are in two locations

Some files are on my window desktop (2nd drive)

Some file are in my QNAP (This QNAP is only used as storage, not running Plex or anything else)

I don’t know what happened, but Plex can no longer access my movie file on my QNAP. However, I can access those files on multiple PCs on my home network. I ended up remapping the drive again. But when I go to manage library/Edit/Add folder, Plex only shows the local drive, my network drive is not listed anymore.

Could someone give me suggestions on how to fix this issue? The system has worked fine for years, but either Plex or Windows changed something to mess this up.

Verify that the network connection of the PMS machine is classified as “private” and not “public”.
