Missing mapped drive after install Qnap TR-004

So here is my background:

Running PMS on a Windows 11 PC

QNAP TS-453Be is a network drive (Drive Q), This is a storage drive only, not running Plex on it

Everything is working, but I need more storage

I connected TR-004 to my TS-453Be. It now has 4 extra drives, and it is labeled as volume 2, but it is still part of the TS-453BE.

I mapped the TR-004 as “Drive T.”

I want to add more movies to Plex from Drive T, but under Manage - Libraries - Edit Libraries

Drive T is not showing up, only shows my drives that is phsically inside my PC and my network drive Q (TS-453Be)

Could someone help? Is my mapping drive not correct?

I can see my mapped drive in multi PC in my network, but I just cannot see it on Plex

After adding a new drive letter, you need to stop and restart Plex server.

I just tried that, but my new drive is still not showing in the library folder

Did you actually restart the server, and not just the Plex client app?
On Windows, that would be done via the task tray icon with the Plex logo.

Are you running Plex server as a system service? (only possible with additional software)
Or maybe using the Windows Task Scheduler?

My PMS runs on a standalone Windows 11 desktop. I stopped PMS from the task manager, then restarted the PC. The new drive is still not showing up.

Have you verified that the new drive letter is still showing up in the Windows file explorer, after the reboot of the PC?

As mentioned make sure you can see drive T in windows also check it’s the new drive that’s mapped and you not just mapped your old drive Ts43

you can also do it with out mapping your drives as a drive letter

just use windows explorer then network find your drive and open the folder

Then go to the address bar and then copy the full address and then just paste that address in Edit library’s in Plex

Thank you! I think I found out what is wrong. I mapped the drive from my main PC and from Qnap. But it did not work on the PC that has PMS installed. I ended up remapping it from the PMS PC, and it is now working.
