PMS Not Starting on Shield TV pro (2017)

Hello. I am running version 1.18.4.2171 PMS on my Shield TV Pro. I noticed that the server has stopped. No matter how many times I try to start it, it will not. I have done force stop. I have restarted the Shield TV. Neither helped. Not sure what else to try? Thanks.
