PMS on Shield TV Pro Not Running

Hi. Lately, PMS has not been running on my 2017 Nvidia Shield Pro TV. I wish I could blame it on the Shield recent update to Android 11, but there were similar issues before. I rebooted the Shield a few times, but PMS just will not run.

I noticed in PMS’s settings that I am unable to stop/start the server like before. I’m attaching a photo of the settings screen on the Shield. Not sure what else to try. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Well, not sure why, but the server showed that it was running when I reconnected my external drive. On to the next issue…
