PMS offline, Mac Mini restarted, but PMS still offline

Player Version#: I have the most up to date Plex iOS app and Plex tvOS app

Help please!

PMS on Mac Mini is online and I can watch content on the Mac Mini. However, when using Plex on iOS or Plex on tvOS, the app says that PMS is offline. Offline browsing is not enabled in the apps. Everything was working well the other day, recording OTA TV and playing back episodes. Yesterday and today the apps still say that PMS is offline. I have restarted the Mac Mini and the PMS software twice and I still get the same result: offline. I have deleted Plex on iOS and Plex on tvOS and re-installed and it still says offline.

Any advice?

I also uninstalled PMS on Mac Mini, restarted the Mac Mini, installed PMS, and I still have the same behaviour. From the iOS app, it says PMS is offline. On the Mac Mini there are no “offline” messages and I can view media while using the Mac Mini.
