PMS or Player is Slow on loading & Roku Player

Hi Guys,
Have anyone notice lately that my PMS or Player is slowing on loading and most of the time load my player and the images are missing, until i click on a video and go back it will load the images…

Roku Player: Every time i start to player a video there is a green screen flick before it play the video.
