Beginning in May, PMS would jus stop running. The icon leaves the taskbar. Sometimes in a minute and sometimes in a few hours. I have rolled back to my last stable version and all is fine. - Now I am afraid to update. Does anyone know if PLEX has fixed the “screw up” yet?

Mind sharing some more details on your particular setup?
e.g. – what version of Windows, with what version did you experience those issues (and which version do you consider “your last stable version”?

It worked for a long time, then it updated… Then it stopped working. I shouldn’t need to be Technically Savy to use the product. So now that everyone knows that there is an issue the developer may now investigate what went wrong.

When was the last time you went to your car repair shop, told them there’s an issue with your car (which is parked in your home’s car port) and left, expecting them to fix it?
There’s tons of factors that can make your setup unique and influence your Plex experience. From scanning the forums I’m not aware of a general or wide spread “screw-up”.

When is the last time your repair shop had you run a diagnostic yourself before fixing your car??? Look. Here is how it works. They released a crap update and I just wanna know when they fix it. That’s all I asked. I am confident in my set up.
Analogies aside, providing logs is the only way to determine what your specific issue may be.
Settings -> Troubleshooting -> Download logs and share them here or DM me directly with them.
The only crash that started in May was the one that was in beta 1.19.3.2831 which was released on May 18th
This was addressed soon after in 1.19.3.2843 which was released on May 21st.

I would recommend upgrading to the current release which is now a public release and not beta - 1.19.4.2935
