PMS - shows not being marked as watched, unable to resume playback, nothing added to "on deck"

For some reason nothing is being marked as watched when it has been (in multiple clients) and also PMS is not keeping track of where I get to when watching a show. Also that same show does not get added to “on deck” when it always used to fine.

I can only assume this is related to the latest PMS version as I haven’t changed anything else.

Can you provide the list of clients you see this issue with?

PHT is the main one, but also the xbox one app.

I should also add nothing is showing in “Now Playing” when there is something playing (only checked this in PHT for now)

OK, so I see from the PHT forum this could be related purely to PHT. My son told me the xbox app did the same but I’ll have to go check that now.

Bit disappointing that PHT now no longer works with PMS v1 :frowning:

You summarized perfectly. I may have to downgrade servers. Plex Media Player just isn’t as optimized as PHT. PMP has too many limits and requires too many clicks to get at what I’m after.

Haha, I just installed the last version of the client earlier this afternoon and still had the issue. Will upgrade now.

I do not get audio in my video using OpenPHT. It also locks up, is slow to start video once paused. I think I will just downgrade my PMS and use the official PHT.

Platform, OS, preference settings, logs?
