PMS Snap throwing libusb_init failed error message

Hi Everyone,

I would like to ask for your help. I’m using the Snap package of PMS on Manjaro Linux 18.1.1 and an ASUS laptop and have not had any problem for a while. Recently, I could not access the my server on either my ps4 or my phone or my laptop and found that the Plex Tuner Service is throwing an error:

‘Plex Tuner Serv[1140]: Plex Tuner Service: Critical: libusb_init failed’

I tried completely uninstalling PMS and Snap and reinstalling it, but that did not help. I Also looked around the forum and searched, but couldn’t find anything. I’d appreciate any help or advice as I’d like to keep using Plex.
