PMS Stops responding when trying to add content to movie library

Windows 10 Server

Out of no where I have started having issues adding any content to my movie library (TV and music is fine). can be 30 files or 1. as soon as it starts to scan the directory, PMS stops responding. The app icon stays open and I can still interact with it… but I get nothing out of any UI to access the Plex interface. I have to close the app or reboot windows for Plex interface to come up… depending on if it ever finished scanning the movies… it will happen again. I sometimes have to close and re-open the server app 10+ times before it will stay functional. This only happens with my movie library… I have no issues with any others, I can add TV / music with no issues at all. the server also locks up when it does its media scan every 24hrs.

really not sure what direction to go with this and it seems to be getting worse. every time I add a movie… it takes more close / re-opens to get plex running right.

Not sure If I should make it crap out and upload a log? if so… will have to wait till I get home, can not download /upload anything at work…

Edit, Everything is 100% up to date (OS, PMS, Nvida P2000) There was no changes to the OS or anything when this happened. I did update everything once this became an issue with no change>
