PMS Version 1.30.1.6550 on Windows 10 advanced filtering is not working

I updated Plex server last night to Version 1.30.1.6550, after doing this I discovered using Advanced Filtering stopped working. When I go to Select the All, and then go down Advanced Filtering and select that, it doesn’t give me the filtering selection and the top items (All, Movies, Title) disappear and you have to go out of the library and go back in to get the options to sort at the top back again. I have restarted Plex and my computer and the issue is still occuring. I reverted back to version 1.30.1.6497 and advanced filtering works like it should, so something got changed in the latest PMS version.

Known issue.
Use the local web app or Plex for Desktop until it is fixed.

Here’s another workaround:
once the filter bar has vanished, reload the web app in your browser.

Yeah I discovered that, after doing a refresh of the page the filter bar is available.
