Bug in Plex web for windows

Server Version#: 1.21.0.3616
Player Version#: 4.43.4

When you have made a smart playlist and a later point want to edit the filter for the playlist - you choose the playlist, click on the lower right of picture where the three dots are, choose edit filters.
When the filter page come up, where you can edit the filters - it’s not the correct filtering showing - if you have 2 lines of filter - let’s say - looking for 2 words in titel that should both be in titel at the same time, so you might have xx or yy or zz in one filter line and the next aa or bb or cc in the next filter line - but it’s only the last entered line that is showing, the other one is missing and sometimes a part of the missing line is in the other filter line like aa or bb or cc or xx
You have enter the filter line again and then change whatever you need to change.
That goes for 3 line as well, always ends up with only one filter line.

I can’t reproduce the problem you describe, but there is one thing about using the custom filters that isn’t obvious. You must click ‘Apply’ before you click ‘Save.’ If you don’t do this, your changes will not be saved. Is it possible that this is the cause of the problem you are seeing?

No, i do apply before saving, otherwise i will not see the effects of the filter.
I have attached two pictures one from when i make the playlist and a second from when want to change the filter on the one i made.
Sorry but i use a danish version, so it’s in danish, you should get the hang of it anyway
As you can see on picture 2 the first filter line has disappeared, if i go out without doing anything it still works and filter correctly.

Please use the hosted web app, and not the one that is stored on your server. https://app.plex.tv

Thanks for telling, but could you tell me why and what the difference is between them ?
I have always used the one on the server, by right clicking on the server icon in tray and chosen “open Plex”
How do I then start the hosted web app. ?

Thanks in advance for the helping me out

Click on the link I posted above.

The hosted web app is always newer than the local app.
This is done out of caution. The newest (hosted) web app might sometimes contain bugs which prevent you from claiming your server. So the bundled web app which comes with the server is always a slightly older one, which has no known bugs which could affect setting up and claiming your server.

I have tried using the hosted one and i get exactly the same result with dyn playlist, I end up with only one filter line when trying to edit the filter.
Could it be the database engine (python) that causes the bug in my set up ?

I can confirm the issue.
I will report it to the developers.

Thanks for helping out

I am told that the library view and the filters are currently being overhauled. The new filter should not have this issue anymore.

Sorry, no date
