PMS (Win10) not listed, and now not authorized

Server Version#: 1.21.2.3943 when issue first observed, upgraded to 1.25.9.5673
Player Version#: web app 4.76.1

I upgraded my PMS in Feb 2021 and all was well at that time. I didn’t use it for about a year, and earlier this month when I launched the web player from the computer hosting PMS, my server was not listed, only the Plex online content was available. I tried upgrading to the latest PMS version, which while successful, did not result in my server appearing in the Plex web app. After some research, I tried a forum solution to reauthorize the server that included deleting (after backing up) some registry keys. It seemed this might be the solution, as the server was once again listed, but unclaimed. However, when I attempted to claim the server, the response I got was “Not Authorized. You do not have access to this server.” Subsequently, the server is removed from the web app and I’m back to square 1. Interestingly, in the Authorized Devices page, my server is listed. Any suggestions for how I might be able to restore my server’s availability? TIA.
