I have installed my PMS and configured the libraries. All of the content has been imported successfully, but whenever I log into the Web Player, the server content doesn’t show up. It does show up in Authorized Devices. If I remove it from the Authorized Devices and restart PMS I get the prompt to claim the server. When I do that it prompts me to log in and then spins for a while before coming up saying there was a problem signing in. If I click Claim Server again it gives me an unauthorized error. However, the server does show up in Authorized Devices after that.
Followed those steps, but the behaviour was still the same. After I claim the server I get an unauthorized error. The server does still show up in the Authorized Devices list.

Not “still” but “again”.
Claiming the server makes it appear in there.
