It works very well on my A400, but only with the youtube Player and not the normal like NMJ. So there are some Features missing… I hope this will be fixed/ added in a further release,

There was a new upgrade to Plex from Syabas. It now uses the native player. It's actually getting to be one of the best Plex clients out there.

pcmd, remember you from the old Popbox days on the AVS when the box first came out. What a trip that time was (the Flobox). Can you tell me more about Plex on Popcorn Hour? Will it work you think on the V8? Is media stream the default skin? You think it can be updated to other skins? Has someone made a video of the functionality? I checked a few days ago. I don't think there's much out there.
As of a couple a days ago I picked up an Ouya. The UI is a giant blown up phone app. It does however have some horsepower. Right now it has sync issues.
Anyone know if I can have a movie wall with poster instead of the linear format with descriptions on the top? I have a lot of movies and it sucks to only have them display a few at a time and takes forever to browse. I'm new to plex so I don't know if it's just a matter of settings or what?
I am interested in getting one of these now if it supports plex, could be a great device to add to my collection (mac mini, atv2-3,costar,ouya...) yes i have a problem.
But in all seriousness does it do the basic things like play movies and mark viewed vs not viewed now?
haven't tested watch vs. not watched but I think this new version that was release a couple of days ago does... It is great and plays everything. The other thing is that "my deck" covers dont show up and you have to browse over the icon to see the name of the movie/show.
Also, can someone explain how the auto-updating works? I have auto-update library checked off in PMS, and recently had to rename some files (to the proper 3D naming) and it never got updated and says "unavailable."
Also, when deleting a movie on unraid, it is not automatically removed from Plex. Or is this not supposed to happen?
Auto-updating was one of the main reason I switched from YAMJ. Am I missing something?
Johndoe did you ever find out if new skins are available? i like the way YAMJ displayed everything on a wall.
Is anyone getting stuttering on high bitrate files, especially remuxes on the A210/200? It even happens via DLNA directly.
Samba plays it fine.
So I picked up an a400, updated everything to latest greatest, here's a quick drill down of my experience.
Pros
Worked, fairly easy to setup and not too much to tinker around with.
DTS-MA played fine
Higher bitrate files (around 28Mbps max) played smoothly as well.
Quiet
Cons
The gui is just like on the samsung players, no info list, only media preview (I hate that layout)
The media preview scrolling is 1) slow and 2) no paging option to scroll fast.
No myplex support.
Little slow to start playback of movies.

I have the plex app installed on my popcorn A110 but i can’t add the Movies from the popcorn hour hdd to the plex. The Movies from my Nas (with plex Media Server) work fine and looks great.
Is the a chance to add the local Movies from the popcorn hour to plex?

No, plex needs the media to be attached to the plex box itself, however you could setup network sharing on the popcorn hour for your media and add that share to your current plex server and then you would be able to see all the media.

Few questions about this player. I have been looking for a player than can handle high quality and lossless audio for some time! How is the support for other apps (Hulu Plus, Netflix, HBO Go)? How is the overall interface of the device?

No go on apps for the others, I havent tried using the channels in plex for those app though so maybe through that. Personally my PH is sitting in it's box, it's a brand new a400 but it's kind of slow with plex, the gui is horrible, however if you want ot use it to play something that you know and can go right to it to play it and not surf through your media it's fine.
Latest update was a big step back for me, induced popping in audio for me, the layout is a bit better especially with the page up and down support.
You were able to get a Plex app running on a A110? Can you let me know how? I thought you could only run the app on 200 300 and 400 series
I would love it if I could get my A110 in to my mix of Plex devices

So far I dont even keep my PH plugged in, pandora for it sucks, and plex just is not that great on it.
