Port Forwarding problem with Xbox one

I have a problem with port forwarding that I don’t know how to solve.

I’m running Plex on my Xbox one and I have all my media sitting on a QNAP NAS. Everything was fine except I recently set up a specific Port Forwarding setting on my my Timecapsule for some other software i need to use, and now Plex can not find the NAS. I can run Plex from my computer which still works.

The port forwarding setting is:

Personal Web Sharing
Public and private ports are set to 1802 for both UDP and TCP and the IP address is my computers fixed address.

There’s no IP conflict with the Xbox. Switching off the setting gets Plex working again, but them the other software stops working.

Is it Xbox related or do I need to do something in Timecapsule to get Plex working again?
