Ports forwarding confusion (2 different IP sets)

Hello,

My ISP modem/router is giving the IP 192.168.. to my WiFiRouter.
My WiFi Router is giving 10.10.10.* - both using DHCP

I have already set my Plex device (Synology NAS) with a fixed IP (10.10.10.100) and everything is working perfectly fine at home.

However, no one can connect remotely from outside the network. How can I solve this?
I am using port 32400 for both internal/external ports:

I guess my main question is what should I do with my modem and with my router in terms of port forwarding? Shall I set it to the 192.168.. IP (my WiFi router) or to my NAS IP which is a different IP range (10.10..)? This is my ISP’s router

And then, do I still need to do the same in my WiFi router? It is a TP-Link Deco M3 - can only be configured by the app, not through browser:

Thank you for any help that you can possibly give me.

You’re in what is called a Double-NAT configuration (see the Common Problems section of this support article).

The suggested solution, as described in the article, is to place one of the the devices into bridge mode, preferably the ISP router. Since you have control over the ISP router, I’d suggest trying that first, particularly if the only thing you use it for is connectivity to the Internet.

Another potential solution would be to set up two port-forwards, one on the ISP router and one on your router. On the ISP router, forward port 32400 (TCP) to the WAN IP address of your router. Then on your router, forward port 32400 (TCP) to your Plex Media Server. In Plex’s remote access settings, check the box to manually specify a port and specify 32400.
