Position of Continue Watching on Library's home / recommended page

I checked here, but it doesn’t help

Under Server > Manage > Libraries, when I expand Manage Recommendations I see options to move sections up or down as I need. When I did that, somehow “Continue watching” moved sowmehere below (in Library home). How do I bring it back up to top? I don’t see an item for “Continue watching” under Manage recommendations.
