Possibility Transcoding 4K with Subtitle

I would like ask possibility Transcoding 4k with Subtitle to [LG] webOS TV OLED65CXFNA

NAS is 920+ and 4k without subtitle can be transcoded to 1080p (10 Mbps ) properly. But 4k with Subtitle could not be transcoded to any bitrate.

Important thing is that My Galaxy phone ( S23 ) have no problem to transcode 4k movie with subtitle to 1080p.

could you help me ?
