Possible database corruption / watched items not showing up in Dashboard on PR4100

Server Version#: 1.23.5.4801

I think there may be database corruption because when I look at the Dashboard under Top Users / Play History / Top Played, it’s not showing movies watched that I know were watched. It’s basically saying that one of the users hasn’t watched anything since April (>90 days) when I know that there have been things watched in the past 30 days.

So, I’ve been trying to figure out how to check for corruption and fix it. The support page for checking and fixing database corruption isn’t very good. It’s basically how to do it on Windows, and the Linux section just says to do it like the Windows section (and nothing specific to WD NAS), which doesn’t help at all. I think I’ve muddled my way through it and found the Plex SQLite file at /mnt/HD/HD_a2/plexmediaserver/binaries. Then, I had to figure out how to run it, because the Windows section it points to doesn’t explain how to run the command within Linux (I’m not a Linux person), which (I think) is ./“Plex SQLite” com.plexapp.plugins.library.db “.recover”. The support page says that “this will output a lot of information to your screen”, but all I get back from that command is:
PRAGMA foreign_keys=OFF;
BEGIN;
PRAGMA writable_schema = on;
PRAGMA writable_schema = off;
COMMIT;

Does this mean that there’s no corruption? If so, what would explain things that I know have been watched not showing up in Top Users / Play History / Top Played?

I have similar issue. And also can’t backup database on PR4100 almost since begiing of 2021. Always says error

Also when watching a show and it completes it still.shows last progress bar but it didn’t advance to the end as it should. Then I exit plex and start it back then it updates.
