Plex is a great way of having a lot of data linked and be able to learn more from what you’ve seen, and for that recent upgrade are great !
However, I still feel that Directors of photography (cinematographer) are missing from the data… It would be great if I could do searches linked with the DP of a movie…
Does anyone else have the same desire ? ^^ It would be very cool !
Would love that too! We can already do it by Director, Writer, Producer and Actors, Studios which is an amazing research and categorizing function. But cinematographers are kind of integral to films being what they are. It seems the metadata would be there already, could it be just a matter of adding a few lines on the code for the UX to retrieve and display this information?
