Possible to only index content with a specific subfolder?

Does anyone know if there is a way to configure a library to only index content of a folder with a specific name?

Essentially I have my photo collection in roughly the following format:

2018-08-05 - Some Event
|-RAW
|-JPG
|-Video
|-Timelapse
|-Modified
2018-08-02 - Some Other Event
|-RAW
|-JPG

What I’m trying to do is have a library that only exposes the photos from the “Modified” folder. I’m also trying to make sure that directories that don’t have a “Modified” folder don’t even show up in Plex. So for example the “Some Other Event” directory shouldn’t show up as a folder with no content. It shouldn’t even show up at all.

Essentially I’m looking for the opposite of .plexignore’s: *Modified/*

Anyone know if something like this is achievable?
