How do I force SYNOLOGY PLEX to index ONLY the first Level Down Movie-Only Subdirectory (Folder) and NO BONUS/FEATURETTES DIRECTORIES/FOLDERS?

You could create a .plexignore file with a matching rule?!

I haven’t used those in ages…
Content could look like this:

*Featurettes/*
*Deleted Scenes/*
*Behind the Scenes/*
...
*-featurette.*
*-deleted.*
*-behind.*
...

This will however not ignore subfolders in general.
