The movie with no poster is not available to be played or seen. Turn you phone to horizontal and magically the cover appears and the movie accessible. This issue appeared a few updates back and i assumed i am the only one.
go to plex in your browser on the server machine. On left side click on MORE>, then the 3 vertical dots next to the server name. press 1st Empty Trash and wait til its done then Clean Bundles and wait til its done. Then Scan Library Files and finally Optimise Database.
