All Movie, TV-Show, Season and Episode Posters are not visible on my Phone anymore - this happened suddenly after a restart of the App.

All posters and meta data is correct on windows media plex, chrome, ie, firefox, plex for kodi.
Plex is running from a qnap nas.

First off, I want to give high praise for the Plex Android TV app and its UI for Nvidia Shield TV. I absolutely love it and the Android TV OS Material Design UI in general. I used to have to spend hours and hours tweaking a Kodi skin to get it just right and look somewhat modern in terms of UI design and aesthetics. Once got the Shield TV and Plex on it, I was 100% happy without any tweaking at all!

This only seems to happen with the Android client. Plex via the web works fine.
It’s a bummer that it’s still an issue.
The person in Android client - no images / art work / posters when using "manual connection" - #3 by cecoates explained it in a way that worked for me.
The Android app won’t load artwork if you’re not using 32400, even if you’ve manually configured your settings to use that port. The web view works fine, so this bug seems Android app specific.
Changing my Plex port back to 32400 fixed it instantly. It’s frustrating, because running two servers isn’t THAT unusual of a use-case, so it should be designed in a way where you don’t have to use one specific port or artwork breaks.
Something to try if you’re running into similar issues.
