Poster picture change not reflected with metadata refresh

I am using both Plex and Emby.

I have changed poster picture in media folder. Upon metadata refresh the poster pictures are still not updated. I need to choose unmatch/fix match to get it done. Is there a way to do mass unmatch for all media?
