Where have all my posters gone?

I have over 600 movies in my Plex movie library, and they previously all had matches with nice movie posters and all. Suddenly, about 90% of the movies are missing posters.
I can go in and add the posters one at a time, either by clicking on “Fix Match…”, or by clicking the movie, clicking on Edit, going to the poster tab, and selecting a poster from the options there. So, even though the poster isn’t showing up in my library, it seems the movies are properly matched.
Why would most of the movie posters suddenly disappear?
Fixing each one at a time would take a VERY long time, and I’m afraid it could all happen again after I’ve finished.

Does refreshing the metadata do the trick?
You should be able to test this with a single movie before doing it for the full library.

Where do I go to do this “refreshing the metadata”?
I’d like to do this for the whole library but don’t know where that command, or button, is.

It’s in the context menu:

for individual items

⋮ > Refresh Metadata

for an entire library

⋮ > Manage Library > Refresh All Metadata
