Plex currently grabs its posters from an agent, the file itself or allows you to upload your own. How about a 'shuffle poster" feature that scans the episode file and grabs random screenshots from the file itself and displays them for selection? Users can keep shuffling episode posters until they find one they like. Much easier than uploading your own or in case you do not like the one from the agent.
