All posters and meta data is correct on windows media plex, chrome, ie, firefox, plex for kodi.
Plex is running from a qnap nas.
HOWEVER ON samsung Note 8 and Huawei P10, posters never show up. I used to be able to log out and log back in and the posters would reload now this does not even work.
On plex pass with latest beta and most up to date plex players on android phones.
I have searched for hours on the forums but all my metadata is correct and up to date on the server so this is not the issue.
Anyone got any ideas.
