I have a Video library I use mainly for music videos. I create my own Posters for each of the videos. However, I noticed the posters only show up on (Win) Plex web and PMP players on pc as well as on Roku’s and on my Apple 4ktv box. My Firestick, Chromecast, Tivo 4k, Sony tv (Google OS) and other Android players do not show posters, only black squares, some with the title displayed in them. I have gone into Apps on those devices and Force Stop and then Cleared Cache on them. This had no effect. Has anyone else had this specific issue or know a fix?
